The explain_buffer_getrusage_who function may be used to print a representation of a getrusage who argument.

Parameters:

sb	The string buffer to print into.
data	The getrusage who value to be printed.

The explain_parse_getrusage_who_or_die function is used to parse a text representation of a getrusage(who) value. On error, it will print an error and exit.
